JOB PURPOSE/Summary
The Production Print Specialist provides installation, field maintenance and routine service on production print equipment to our customers and clients, while providing each customer with outstanding customer service in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
Essential Function/Job Duties
Responsible for the service, troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance on entire production line of equipment which includes high speed digital equipment, wide format systems and industrial print engines, including off-line finishing equipment. Must understand the software solutions associated with the production equipment.
1. Maintain parts inventory for accuracy and integrity.
2. Inform management of any and all issues relating to customer issues
3. Provide technical support for internal and external client base on production print equipment.
4. Be able to provide after-hours support and/or overtime as needed.
5. Maintain positive attitude with both client employees and EBS/VBS employees.
6. Always treat customer in a positive professional manner
7. Must be dependable and punctual.
8. Make prudent decisions required to maintain equipment in field to standards without jeopardizing performance of said equipment.
9. Maintain a high level of technical expertise with emphasis on continuing training.
10. Continue to upgrade knowledge to improve effectiveness on the equipment.
11. Maintain appropriate professional appearance.
12. Be productive – ask for direction if needed.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent with post education in a technical/mechanical field required. Previous experience working with electronics or mechanical devices preferred. Must possess a high level of technical aptitude with analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot and identity issues efficiently. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
Physical Demands
This position requires the ability to stand – remaining on one’s feet in an upright position without moving about Walking – Moving about on foot Lifting – Raising or lowering an object from one level or area to another 50-75 lbs. Carrying – Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder Climbing– Ascending or descending stairs or ramps using feet and legs or hands and arms Stooping – Bending body downward and forward by bending at the knee Handling – Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hand or hands. The ability to communicate by expressing or exchanging information by means of the spoken word, vision, as well as hearing by perceiving the nature of sounds by the ear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility during certain periods might be required, depending on customer’s needs.

The Set-Up Delivery Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, setup, and delivery of office equipment and supplies to customer locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth installations, maintaining proper documentation, and upholding service quality. The technician also supports general warehouse operations and cross-trains in related functions to support team efficiency and meet customer expectations.
Prepare equipment setups in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with dispatch to coordinate and schedule installations that meet client timelines and expectations.
Interface with the service team during installations to identify and resolve issues before customer delivery.
Track inventory levels, report discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.
Follow dispatching procedures for scheduling and tracking installations using internal systems (e.g., E-Auto).
Ensure all delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Deliver and install equipment at customer locations when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle.
Support general warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to an organized and safety-conscious work environment.

Must be willing to travel to various customer locations, including occasional travel outside the local area.
Participation in technical training programs, sometimes outside the area, may be required to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or delivery preferred.
Basic technical aptitude and mechanical skills, with the ability to follow setup instructions accurately.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
Ability to communicate clearly via speech and hearing.
Frequent use of hands for grasping and handling equipment.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting, including extended driving durations.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 75 lbs safely.
Frequent bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Full-time position.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Flexibility may be required during peak periods; overtime may be necessary to meet deadlines.
